Run for Mississauga 2026

Run for Mississauga, organized by Mercy 4 Mankind—a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA)—is an annual charity run dedicated to raising funds for Trillium Health Partners. This year marks its sixth edition and aims to support local community initiatives while fostering a sense of unity among participants.
The event takes place at Mississauga Valley Park, located at 275 Mississauga Valley Blvd., in the heart of Mississauga, Ontario (L5A3R8). The day is designed for both serious runners and casual walkers, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds to come together with their families.
Participants can look forward to a variety of activities starting early morning when registration opens at 9:00 AM. By 10:30 AM, the festivities kick off with an opening ceremony that sets the tone for the day's events. At precisely 11:00 AM, both the 3K run and the 1KM fun walk begin simultaneously.
The scenic route through Mississauga Valley Park offers a blend of natural beauty and urban charm, providing runners and walkers alike with a memorable experience. Post-event refreshments are available from 1:30 PM onwards, offering participants an opportunity to relax and socialize after their efforts.
