RUN & BIKE MILLY LA FORET 2026

On December 6, 2026, the sixth edition of Run & Bike Milly will take place at the stadium opposite the Centre Aquatique Alain Bernard in Milly-la-Forêt. This unique race features a challenging 16-kilometer course that winds through diverse landscapes around the town.
Participants can expect to encounter both open fields and forest trails, providing an immersive experience away from urban areas. While no water stations are provided along the route, racers should bring their own hydration supplies such as bike bottles or camelbacks for optimal performance during this scenic journey.
The race day will kick off with early morning activities: dossard pickup begins at 8 a.m., and runners must complete registration by 9:30 a.m. A briefing session follows shortly after, setting the stage for an exciting start time of 10 a.m. Racers will then depart in pairs on their bikes to reach the gathering point before hitting the running portion.
After crossing the finish line, athletes can enjoy warm-up meals and drinks provided by the Milly-Triathlon team, along with lively post-race festivities featuring games and entertainment for all ages. Don't miss this opportunity to celebrate fitness and camaraderie in a picturesque setting. Be sure to register early as space is limited.
