About the Event

Summer Family Track Nights are back! This series is designed to unite families through weekly summer track events. Expect friendly competitions and the adrenaline rush of running on a track. Open to all family members, this series promotes active participation from both children and adults, offering a chance to stay active, bond with loved ones, and craft unforgettable memories, regardless of your athletic background.

Location: Sherando HS Track
Day: Tuesdays
Dates: 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14
Time: Check-In 6 p.m; race begins at 6:30 pm
Ages: 6+ for the track events

50 M. Dash (3-5 years old) - FREE; please check in onsite to register your child for this event!

Runners will be split into several heats depending on the number of participants present. Races will be hand timed.

About Stephens City

Stephens City is an incorporated town in the southern part of Frederick County, Virginia, United States, with a population of 2,016 at the time of the 2020 census, and an estimated population of 2,096 in 2022. Founded by Peter Stephens in the 1730s, the colonial town was chartered and named for Lewis Stephens in October 1758. It was originally settled by German Protestants from Heidelberg.
