RUN AND PLUNGE 5k with SWIM DYNAMIC

Join Swim Dynamic, Lakeland's trusted swim school, for a community run in support of swim safety!

This 5K is more than a race—it’s a community-driven event dedicated to supporting water safety and awareness. Swim Dynamic and Adrenaline Body Works are teaming up to host runners and vendors for an energizing day that brings movement, education, and impact together. Along with the run, participants can take on a cold plunge challenge, adding a bold, fun element that highlights resilience and respect for the water. Together, we’re running for a safer, stronger community—on land and in the water.

The first 100 participants to sign up will earn a FREE T-SHIRT!

Registration includes entry into the raffle drawing at the end of the event. Medals awarded to the top three finishers...so, run fast!
