About the Event

The Roundtown Classic is an annual fundraising event for the Circleville High School Alumni Association. Established in 2005, this organization promotes activities of the Circleville City Schools including scholarships. CHS Alumni is a not-for-profit 501 C3 organization.

The race will be Saturday, July 18th, 2026 at 8am. The start and finish will be in front of Circleville High School and the course will be around the campus and on the neighboring Roundtown Trail. We are still offering a Virtual option in the 5K and 5 Mile that can be completed 7/18/26 - 7/25/26.

Packet pick-up & registration will be available in front of Circleville High School Friday, July 17th from 4pm-7pm and Saturday, July 18th before the race from 6:30am-7:45am.

Entry Fees:
$10 - just the race signup for the Virtual 5K or Virtual 5 Mile
$20 - receive shirt and medal with Virtual registration
(if shipping is required it will be an additional $7)

$30 - in person 5K or 5 Mile race registration (includes shirt and medal)
$35 - Race Day Registration

"Don Leist Kids Fun Run" - FREE for youth up to age 10
Register day of race. Starts at 9:30am

AWARDS: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd overall and for each division. Must be present to receive awards.

Circleville is the county seat of Pickaway County and a city in the Miami - Scioto basins in south-central Ohio. It is located along the banks of the Scioto River. As of the 2020 Census, Circleville's population was 13,922 and is slowly increasing. It is located approximately halfway between Washington Court House and Lancaster on US 22, and about halfway between Columbus and Chillicothe on US 23.
