RONDE VINDINIENNE

The "Ronde Vindiniènne" is an urban circuit race taking place in Veigné, featuring two main events. The first part of the evening kicks off at 6:00 PM with "Les vindiminos," designed for young runners including poussins, Benjamins, and minimes. This segment takes place primarily on a grassy prairie field.
At 7:00 PM, the ADEL-CUP begins, catering to cadet through master-level athletes. The course winds its way around Veigné's bustling streets for three laps, covering either 2.1 kilometers for younger competitors or 2.4 kilometers for older participants, totaling a distance of up to 7.2 kilometers.
The event promises an engaging atmosphere with the youthful energy from "Les vindiminos" setting the stage and the more seasoned runners pushing through in the ADEL-CUP. The urban circuit offers a mix of paved roads and grassy areas, providing varied terrain for all levels of competitors.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the ADEL (Association D'aide aux Enfants atteints de Leucémie ou de cancer), based at Clocheville Hospital in Tours. This race not only celebrates athletic achievement but also supports a noble cause dedicated to helping children battling leukemia and other cancers, making it an event that combines competition with compassion.
