Robbie’s Run 2026

Robbie’s Run 2026 returns to Memphis, Tennessee on August 1st, a powerful unity run designed to bring people together from all walks of life in the spirit of movement and community.
The race will take runners through the beautiful streets of Downtown Memphis. The course is set along firm yet slightly soft roads that have been meticulously prepared for the event. It’s a vibrant neighborhood with a mix of historic architecture, modern businesses, and lively cafes. Race morning on August 1st, expect the city to be bustling but still holding onto its serene charm.
This run has a rich history; it’s in its third year now, having brought together over 200 participants last year alone. All proceeds from this meaningful experience support The Gloria Smith Foundation and their efforts to better serve Memphis communities in need. Every step taken on race day contributes directly towards making a difference locally.
The course venue offers a variety of distances for all types of runners and walkers, including the one-mile walk/run and 5K options. For those who want to test themselves over longer distances or participate virtually, there are also youth races available with fees starting at $34.09. Race morning on August 1st will see the temperature range between a comfortable low of around 75°F and a high of about 90°F. The UV index is expected to be at its highest, so it’s recommended that participants wear sunscreen for protection against harmful rays. Wind is minimal but expect some humidity in the air.

The race offers a one-mile walk/run, a 5K run, and virtual options of both distances as well as youth races with specific fees associated.
Registration for Robbie’s Run 2026 opens on April 1st at $34.09 per person for adult participants and $34.19 for the youth events. Bib pickup will be held from July 28th to August 1st between 5 PM and 7:30 PM at City Hall, located at 615 Main Street in Downtown Memphis.
The start location is at Overton Park's Visitor Center on Riverside Drive near Mud Island River Park. The race welcomes runners of all ages; first-timers are encouraged to arrive early with their ID and a copy of the confirmation email for easy check-in.
