Join us for a 20-mile bike ride to raise awareness about the effects of climate change and air pollution on children's health. Open to anyone concerned about this issue! Sponsored by Billings Trailnet and Montana Health and Climate.

For 20 miles, meet at Meadowlark Brewery, 3970 Pierce Pkwy, Billings, MT 59106-3922. Race check-in (mandatory) begins at 09:15. Line up at 09:50. 10 am departure. Park along Pierce Parkway or in the unpaved area west of the patio. Look for the Sunshade Tent!
Riders will bike to and from downtown, experiencing the wonderful commuting bike routes available in our city. Maps will be posted by October 1
There will be a mid-way break with drinks, snacks, and free treats, as well as 15 minutes with speakers on climate change and youth and local actions from 10:50-11:10 at the Mark and Robyn College of Nursing Building at the corner of Northe 29th Street and 11th Avenue North (downtown across the street from the St Vincents parking garage), before the return to the West End.
At noon at the Meadowlark, there will be prizes and a free beverage for all participants.
Air Quality: if AQ is over 150, the ride will be canceled (https://www.airnow.gov/? for 59101). If AQ is 100-150 we will have a RALLY for climate change and kids and a shortened ride with face masks to draw attention to air and climate and health!! All registrants will receive an email by 8 am on 10/4/26. If thunderstorming, the ride is off; if raining, the ride is still on. See you there! Text 406-671-5824 on October 4 if you have questions!
