Red Bull Power Race Malaysia

Red Bull Power Race is an electrifying fitness competition that combines speed, endurance, and bodyweight strength into one thrilling challenge. This innovative race series welcomes athletes from across Southeast Asia for a unique blend of athletic prowess and competitive spirit.
Each Red Bull Power Race event features four 400-meter runs interspersed with three exercise stations where participants perform simple but intense bodyweight movements such as burpees, push-ups, and pull-ups. The goal is to complete the course as quickly as possible, testing not just physical fitness but mental fortitude under pressure.
The series kicks off in Malaysia on September 13, 2026, followed by events in Myanmar (September 26), Indonesia (October 10), and Thailand (October 17). The top twelve male and female competitors from each national event will earn a spot at the International Final in Bangkok on October 18. These finalists receive travel accommodations and entry to compete for glory among Southeast Asia's elite.
