RUN, WALK, ROLL, OR STROLL!

Help us get to 500 participants (in-person or virtual 5K and 10K) and we will give ONE MALE and ONE FEMALE participant a FREE YEAR of Fit & Able-owned races! That's a FREE entry of your choice to each Fit & Able race - a nearly $1,000 VALUE!
* Must be registered in the in-person or virtual 5K or 10K to be eligible to win. Random drawing after the in-person race.

Fit & Able invites you to be part of the 9th running of Reach, Rally, & Run (formerly Fostering Footsteps) to support the Wake Tech Foundation at the North Scott Wake Tech campus. Race either a 5K, 10K, or Fun Mile race around a beautiful campus and support a great cause.

The Wake Tech Foundation cultivates and manages an array of resources critical to Wake Tech Community College's success. These resources allow the college to meet instructional and institutional needs and continue to offer top-quality, affordable education and training to the Wake County region.

Adults from all walks of life look to Wake Tech for quality education and training that is affordable and accessible. All races will have a mass start at 10:00 AM for the 5K / 10K and 10:15 AM for the Fun Mile and the course closes for all races at 11:30 AM (In-person Race Day Schedule). Please consider your race pace when deciding which event to run. * For any participants who feel they may need some extra time, please contact us at info@fitandable.net.

About Raleigh

The capital of North Carolina and the largest city of the Research Triangle, Raleigh is the primary political and economic driver of the metro area. Indeed, business and politics are the main draws to Raleigh, which lacks the more trendy feel or active arts scene of Durham or Chapel Hill to the west. However, a concerted effort to expand the residential base and move events downtown has led to significantly expanded retail and restaurant options in the downtown core. Also, visitors will find many of the state's cultural institutions here, namely a major performing arts center downtown and three state museums, and a college town atmosphere in the neighborhood around the campus of North Carolina State University, the state's largest university.
