About the Event

On November 29, 2026, runners and walkers are invited to participate in the fourth edition of Running Club's Circuito Raízes Ancestrais at Parque Estância das Águas in Colonia, located in the extreme south of São Paulo. This event offers a unique blend of natural beauty and community spirit with three options: a 10 km race (timed), a 5 km race (timed), and a 3 km walk (non-competitive). Open to participants aged 16 years or older, this scenic run weaves through breathtaking landscapes that highlight the region's rich heritage.
Registration is available until November 8, 2026, exclusively via Ticket Sports. The event includes race kits with exclusive merchandise and timing chips for competitive runners, as well as comprehensive medical support and hydration stations along the route. Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes early on race day and can collect their kit from Clube e Parque Rincão in Jaceguava Avenue between November 27th and 28th.
The atmosphere is lively, with a strong emphasis on health, well-being, and environmental appreciation. Trophies are awarded to the top three male finishers of the 5 km race, along with cash prizes for first place ($300), second place ($200), and third place ($100). This event promises an unforgettable experience in a picturesque setting that celebrates both nature and community.
