PTSD Løbet Aalborg 2027

Join the PTSD Løbet 2027 on July 3, 2027, at Aalborg Kasernen for an inspiring day dedicated to breaking the silence around Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This fifth annual event aims to shed light on this often hidden condition by fostering community and raising awareness. Participants can choose from running, walking, or engaging in the new PTSD HYBRID challenge, which combines cardio with strength training exercises. The hybrid format encourages participants to support each other through the "You Go - I Go" concept, emphasizing that overcoming PTSD is a collective effort rather than an individual struggle.
The event promises a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Aalborg Kasernen, featuring engaging booths, lively vendors from food trucks, and enthusiastic supporters cheering on every participant. Proceeds will go towards supporting children of parents affected by PTSD, providing them with the help they need to cope and thrive. Whether you're running for yourself or alongside friends and family, your participation makes a significant difference in breaking down barriers around mental health issues like PTSD.
Experience the uplifting spirit at this inclusive event where every step contributes to making a meaningful impact on those affected by PTSD.
