Plattekill Mountain Race

The 4th annual Plattekill Mountain Race takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, starting at 9:30 AM from Plattekill Mountain in Roxbury, New York, USA. This event features a Mountain Race of approximately 6.5 miles with 3,500 feet of elevation gain, and a 5k with 1,000 feet of gain in the first 1.25 miles, traversing the ski slopes and trails of Plattekill for an epic mountain challenge that will test your limits.

• Course Description – Mountain Race: 6.5 miles traversing up, down, and around the ski slopes and trails of Plattekill with 3,500 feet of elevation gain. A true epic mountain challenge and a tough training race for even bigger objectives.
• Course Description – 5k: Heads up the same gravel trail as the Mountain Race start, with 1,000 feet of gain in the first 1.25 miles, then traverses straight across the mountain with epic views before a fast 1.25-mile downhill finish.
