The Elements Series - Air Entry Phoenix Running invites runners to immerse themselves in nature and celebrate endurance, energy, freedom, and resilience through four themed events: Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. Each day focuses on one element, offering a dynamic festival of trail running, community spirit, and personal achievement. For the Air event at Thorpe Meadows, participants can choose their own adventure by completing laps around a scenic 5.3km loop course that combines tarmac paths, grassy fields, and wooded trails. The terrain is mostly flat with one short but steep incline near the midpoint of each lap. Runners have up to seven hours to explore this versatile route as many times as they wish. Whether you're aiming for a 5k or pushing yourself towards an ultra distance, every finisher receives a unique and beautiful bespoke medal upon completion. The event welcomes all levels of runners, from those looking to complete one lap to serious endurance athletes seeking the ultimate challenge within the time limit. Start times are flexible with a window between 07:00am and 10:00am, allowing participants to join at their preferred moment without waiting or rushing. The loop course features approximately eight meters of elevation gain, making it accessible for runners while still offering an engaging challenge.
