Pedro Schools XC Champs

The San Pedro Youth Cross Country Championship is set to ignite the spirit of young athletes with its exciting races and picturesque course within 22nd St. Park. On November 6, 2026, two thrilling events will take place: a 2000-meter race for Kindergarten through fourth-grade runners at 3:30pm, followed by a 3000-meter event for fifth to eighth graders starting at 4:00pm. Both races wind through lush grassy fields and winding dirt trails, offering participants an engaging mix of terrain that challenges their skills and stamina. Medals are awarded to all finishers, with special recognition going to the top three boys and girls in each age division. The park's ample parking lots make it easy for families to cheer on young competitors as they navigate this scenic course.
