Pedale Rosso | Livorno

On October 25, 2026, the annual Pedalata e Camminata contro la Violenza di Genere will take place, offering participants an engaging day of cycling and walking to raise awareness about gender violence. The event starts in a picturesque park on the outskirts of Florence, where cyclists can enjoy a scenic route through lush greenery and charming Italian villages. Cyclists pedal along quiet country roads that wind past vineyards and olive groves, providing stunning views of rolling hills and historic landmarks.
Meanwhile, walkers follow a parallel path at their own pace, passing by ancient stone walls and crossing over small bridges that span crystal-clear streams. Both routes converge near the finish line for an emotional ceremony where participants share stories and support one another in the fight against gender violence. The atmosphere is filled with solidarity as individuals come together to make a powerful statement about equality and safety.
Registration includes access to refreshments, a commemorative t-shirt, and participation certificates, all while contributing to important causes that promote women's rights and protection from abuse.
