Peacehaven Trail Series: 10k, 5k, Jr Mile

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the South Downs on Race Day, where runners will traverse winding bridleways and historic trails. The Peacehaven Trail 10k & 5k offers an unforgettable journey through some of England's most scenic countryside.
Scheduled for Sunday, June 27th at 9:30 AM from Telscombe Playing Fields in Peacehaven, this event features two meticulously crafted routes to cater to all levels and distances. The traditional 10k course takes runners on a picturesque loop that includes sections of the iconic South Downs Way and the Greenwich Meridian Trail, culminating with an enchanting final lap through the quaint village of Telscombe.
For those seeking a shorter yet equally rewarding experience, a new 5k option has been introduced for 2027. This route retains many of the scenic highlights while offering runners a more compact but no less thrilling adventure on undulating terrain.
Both races are meticulously chip-timed, ensuring accurate and fair results. Additionally, participants can look forward to a Junior Mile race with its own set of accolades, fostering an environment where young athletes can shine alongside their older counterparts.
The event promises not only stunning natural vistas but also a warm and supportive atmosphere that celebrates every runner's achievement. As you cross the finish line, expect complimentary refreshments and the chance to collect your bespoke medal commemorating this special day in Peacehaven.
Awards will be presented at 11:00 AM for top male and female runners across all three races as well as a team award recognizing the most spirited group participation. Free photographs captured throughout the event are also available, capturing cherished moments from your journey through the South Downs.
Registration fees cover both distances:
- £30 for the 10k
- £25 for the 5k
- £7 for the Junior Mile
