Paws in Motion Walk-a-thon & Festival

Join the Humane Society of Manatee County for our 19th annual Paws in Motion Walk-a-thon and Festival! We're bringing back all the best parts of this event, including a 1.5-mile leisurely walk, a Vendor Village, and amazing raffle prizes, contests, food trucks, and more! There will be prizes for individuals and teams who collect the most in donations, including the chance for your pup to be the SpokesPet for next year! The Paws in Motion Walk-a-thon & Festival is the Humane Society of Manatee County’s largest fundraiser of the year. All proceeds benefit the animals in our Second Chance Adoption Shelter located at 2515 14th Street W. in Bradenton.

REGISTRATION:
Adult Registration (13 years and older): $25
Senior Registration (62 years and older): $20
Child Registration (12 years and under): Free
Event-Day Registration (March 14, 2026): $30 for Adults
                                                                         $25 for Seniors

EVENT DAY (March 14):  
Walker check-in and day-of registration: 9:00am
Vendor Village opens at 9:00am
Walk-a-thon begins a 10:00am

PAWS IN MOTION 2027 SPOKESPET
The individual who collects the most donations by 10am on March 14, 2025 will have the opportunity for their pet to become next year's SpokesPet. The SpokesPet will receive a photo shoot, placement on next year's flyers, and lead the walk for 2027.
