Experience the vibrant atmosphere of this community-driven race as you join fellow runners and walkers for an energizing morning. The day begins at 8:45 AM when participants can pick up their free breakfast provided by the organizing association, along with bibs for runners and bags for walkers.
As the sun climbs higher, warm-up exercises to music start at 9:45 AM followed by a departure ceremony. Marchers tackling the 10 km route will begin their journey promptly at 10:00 AM after an initial training session. For those running or walking 10 kilometers, your turn comes next with a preparation phase starting at 10:15 AM and a race start time of 10:30 AM.
Meanwhile, runners and walkers covering the shorter 5 km distance will have their warm-up period from 10:30 to 10:45 AM before setting off at 11:00 AM. For those opting for an even more leisurely pace on a 5 kilometer walk route, your training session starts right after that and you’ll take the start line shortly thereafter.
After crossing the finish line, participants can enjoy some light refreshments as part of a post-race snack offered at just €5 per person. Be sure to register in advance for this treat, ensuring you don’t miss out on the perfect way to cap off your morning’s efforts with friends and fellow sports enthusiasts.
