On December 28, 2026, Ballerup Super Arena hosts an elite cycling event that draws top athletes from around the world for its prestigious New Year's Eve series. The main highlight of this evening is the classic 100 km parcourse for male elites and a shorter but equally challenging 30 km course for female competitors.
The race also features a Talent Cup, which invites young cyclists to compete in a revanche event following three days of intense racing. Participants under U15, along with those aged U11/13, will join the fray, showcasing their skills and potential on the challenging tracks at Ballerup Super Arena.
Registration for these younger categories is managed through DCU's online system at www.cyklingdanmark.dk by December 15, 2024, with a strict deadline of midnight that day to secure entry. Talent Cup participants must adhere to specific gearing requirements, limiting them to a maximum gear ratio of 50 x 14.
The atmosphere is electric as cyclists from various categories take on the demanding courses, each one pushing their limits in the cool winter air under floodlights at Ballerup Super Arena.
