During your session, focus on key areas including:
- Navigating a Fixed Gear Bike: Learn precise control through pedaling.
- Mastering Start and Finish Techniques: Discover how to start and stop without brakes.
- Speed Control: Develop smooth and predictable riding patterns.
- Track Etiquette and Awareness: Gain insight into track layout and lane terms, ensuring safe navigation.
Improve your group riding skills with:
- Fundamentals of Group Riding: Enhance communication and positioning within the pack.
- Paceline Techniques: Understand roles like rotating, pulling, and rejoining to maintain pace.
- Introduction to Track Racing: Familiarize yourself with race concepts and rules.
All necessary equipment is provided; however, bring your own pedals and cycling shoes. A helmet is mandatory for safety. To ensure a perfect fit, share your frame size and saddle height (measured from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the saddle) in advance if possible.
