NIGHT RUN OUTUBRO ROSA E NOVEMBRO AZUL

Join the Night Run – Pink October and Blue November at Parque Bruno Covas to unite sport, health awareness, prevention, and education into an unforgettable experience. This special night run brings together two significant campaigns: Pink October highlights breast cancer awareness, emphasizing early detection and prevention, while Blue November focuses on men's health issues, particularly prostate cancer.
Participants will wear pink and blue as symbols of support and solidarity. The event aims to encourage everyone to take their preventative health screenings seriously throughout the year. Each stride represents hope, encouragement, and a commitment to care for oneself and others.
The race takes place in the vibrant atmosphere of Parque Bruno Covas under the night sky, surrounded by lush greenery and illuminated pathways that set an inspiring backdrop for runners.
In addition to celebrating personal health achievements, participants have the chance to win prizes. The top 10 male and female finishers receive awards, and there is a raffle with additional trophies for all who complete the race.
