NEXTMILE STREAK 7 30 Minutes. 7 Days Consistency Challenge Run, Walk, Ride

Embark on a journey that celebrates consistency over speed. The STREAK 7 Challenge invites participants to move for 30 minutes every day for seven consecutive days, starting within the first month of registration. Whether you run, walk, ride, swim, practice yoga, hit the gym, or dance, your chosen activity is up to you. All that matters is showing up and completing a continuous session each day.
Upon finishing, participants receive a tangible reward: a premium finisher medal delivered directly to their doorstep. Unlike digital badges or certificates, this physical recognition embodies dedication and perseverance. Additionally, a personalized digital certificate awaits in the inbox for sharing your achievement online.
The challenge offers flexibility with no strict location requirements—indoors or outdoors, the choice is yours. Simply track your activities using any fitness app like Strava, Google Fit, Apple Health, Garmin, Nike Run Club, or another preferred device. Once registered, submit proof of each day’s activity through a link provided in an email from NextMile.
Join thousands who have already earned their medals by staying committed to the challenge's simple yet effective framework: 30 minutes, seven days, no breaks. Start your streak today and receive your well-deserved recognition soon after verification.
