On August 23rd, early risers are invited to Sanjeevaiah Park near Hussain Sagar Lake for an exciting running experience hosted by Myntra Run Club and New Balance. The NBRC Long Run offers four distance options—20K, 15K, 10K, and 5K—to cater to various fitness levels and goals. The event kicks off at dawn with the longer distances starting at 5:00 a.m., followed by shorter runs beginning at 5:30 a.m. Participants will begin their journey after an energizing guided warm-up session designed to prepare them for the run ahead. As runners make their way through scenic routes, hydration stations are strategically placed along the course to ensure everyone stays refreshed and hydrated throughout their chosen distance. Upon completion of the race, athletes can head to dedicated recovery zones where they will find cool-down exercises led by fitness experts and a variety of refreshments. This event promises not only an engaging morning activity but also opportunities for runners to connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive community setting.
