The Arkansas Delta helped build our state — through its land, labor, music, food, agriculture, rivers, and communities. Today, many Delta communities have far fewer resources and opportunities than the rest of Arkansas. MOVE Delta is one simple way to learn, connect, and help change that.

Run it. Walk it. Just come.

You do not have to be a runner.

Join us for a free, all-abilities run and walk for friends, families, casual walkers, serious runners, and everyone in between.

We’ll move together, then gather afterward for snacks, drinks, and a short conversation about what is happening in the Arkansas Delta — and how better access to everyday movement can support healthier people and stronger communities.

Choose your own pace and distance. Run, jog, walk, push a stroller, or just come hang out afterward.
