MOVALT - Desafio Virtual 70KM Novembro (BA)

Embark on the virtual challenge of a lifetime with the MOVALT 70K Challenge, inviting runners and walkers from across Brazil to cover an impressive distance of 70 kilometers throughout November 2026. This flexible initiative allows participants to complete their miles at any pace and location, whether it's through bustling city streets, serene park paths, rugged trails, or even the comfort of a treadmill.
The journey begins on November 1st, requiring approximately 2.3 kilometers each day—less than half an hour of light walking—to reach your goal by month’s end. This challenge is designed to be adaptable, allowing you to mix running and walking as needed throughout the process. Additionally, any activity logged since November 1st qualifies towards your total distance.
Participants can register for this unique event from October 25th to November 10th on the official Movalt website. Upon completion of the challenge, participants must submit proof of their activities according to the guidelines provided by Movalt in their digital participant area. For those who have already logged miles in November, rest assured that these efforts count towards your total as well.
As a reward for completing this ambitious feat, all finishers will receive an exclusive medal featuring "THERE'S STILL TIME" on one side and "DISCIPLINE BUILDS FREEDOM" on the reverse. The medal is crafted from aged metal with intricate detailing and comes attached to a distinctive black and red cord.
This challenge isn’t just about covering distance; it’s about embracing the spirit of perseverance and setting a strong foundation for your fitness journey in the new year, all while enjoying the freedom that disciplined effort brings.
