The Montan'Aspe trail event will take place over the weekend of Friday, June 5, 2026, and Saturday, June 6, 2026, in the Aspe Valley, Pyrenees, starting from Bedous, France. The event offers multiple trail distances and a rando (hike). The Raid Aspois (ultra) starts at 5:30 AM on Saturday, June 6. The Défi de l'Ourdinse starts at 7:00 AM. The Ronde de Bergout starts at 10:15 AM. The Course de Soudious (9 km) starts at 7:00 AM. The rando "le Pouey via Bergout" (14.8 km, 959 m D+) starts at 8:00 AM. A team challenge (4 runners, 4 races with cumulative times) is available in formats: 4 men, 4 women, or 2 men + 2 women.

All participants must follow the official regulations. A valid medical certificate (PPS) is required. Bib pickup is at the Bedous village hall (sous la halle) on the day before the race (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) and on race morning (times vary by distance, starting from 4:30 AM for the Raid Aspois). Bag check (contrôle des sacs) is available before each start. Cut‑off times: Raid Aspois — 10:00 AM at Bedous, 2:00 PM at Aydius; Défi de l'Ourdinse — 2:00 PM at Aydius.

Aid stations provide water, solid food, and fizzy drinks. The Plateau d'Ourdinse station also offers syrup and small quantities of solid food. Runners are reminded to bring their own cup (écocup).
The Ronde de Bergout and Course de Soudious are open to Joëlettes (handicap accessibility) — 8 runners take turns carrying the disabled athlete on the course (modified shorter course for blue track). Contact [email protected] for details.
Registration opens on December 18 for most distances (December 17 for some). Fees: Raid Aspois — 65€; Défi de l'Ourdinse — 40€; Ronde de Bergout — 22€; Course de Soudious — 15€; Rando — 15€. Team challenge registration opens December 16.
The team challenge (4 runners, 4 courses) adds cumulative times across the Raid Aspois, Défi de l'Ourdinse, Ronde de Bergout, and Course de Soudious. Team formats: 4 men, 4 women, or 2 men + 2 women.
GPS tracks (GPX) and PDF course maps are available for download. Results are published after the race. A gallery of photos is available on the event website.
