Moletje Half Marathon 2026

Moletjie Athletics Club invites runners of all ages to participate in its annual race on October 31, 2026. The event takes place at Manchimudi Primary School in Moletjie-Ga-Rammetloana and offers three distances: a challenging half marathon (21.1km), a scenic 10-kilometer run, and a family-friendly 5-kilometer route.
Competitors must be licensed for the longer events unless they purchase a temporary license at R60 on race day. Race numbers will feature both permanent and temporary license numbers visible to officials throughout the course. All participants are encouraged to adhere strictly to ASA & LIMA rules, with marshals and traffic officials ensuring safety along the way.
The half marathon route offers runners breathtaking views of Moletjie's countryside, winding through picturesque landscapes and rural areas. The 10-kilometer race provides a more compact yet scenic experience, while the shorter distance is ideal for beginners and families looking to enjoy an early morning outing together before the festivities begin.
Participants can collect their numbers at Manchimudi Primary School on Friday from 13:00 or Saturday until start time. Results will be available online through ROR Events shortly after crossing the finish line, where medals are awarded to all who complete each distance.
