Join us for an inclusive and fun-filled day designed specifically for adults living with learning disabilities along with their carers and support staff. This free session offers a variety of activities to engage participants physically and socially, creating a supportive environment where everyone can enjoy themselves.
The event kicks off with football sessions on the lush green fields, providing opportunities for teamwork and friendly competition under the guidance of experienced coaches who understand the unique needs of each participant. Participants will also have access to tennis courts, allowing them to hone their skills in this classic sport while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
In addition to these sports activities, there are games designed to cater to all levels of ability, ensuring that everyone can participate and find enjoyment regardless of skill level or physical capabilities. These games foster a sense of community and camaraderie among attendees.
To round off the day on an energetic note, we invite participants to join in a walking silent disco session. With wireless headphones provided for each participant, this unique activity allows individuals to enjoy music while moving around at their own pace, encouraging social interaction without overwhelming noise or pressure.
This event is tailored to promote health and well-being through physical activities that are both enjoyable and accessible, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and valued.
