Supercharge your young athlete's speed and agility this summer at the MELGT School Holiday Speed Clinic, hosted by Kings Langley Little Athletics on Sunday, 18 January 2026, at Morgan Power Reserve in Blacktown. Led by expert coach Melinda, this dynamic session from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon combines targeted drills, track speed work, and agility stations designed to benefit athletes of all levels, from beginners to seasoned competitors. With registration from 9:15 AM, participants are encouraged to bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and optional spikes for a comprehensive and fun-filled morning of athletic development.
