Join us for the sixth annual Meals on Main Street 5k Run & Fun Walk, where every step counts towards fighting food insecurity. The event offers discounted rates for students aged 18 and under, making it accessible for young athletes who want to contribute. Race day registrations are also available at $50 per person, ensuring that everyone has the chance to participate regardless of their preparation time. For those unable to run or walk but still wish to support, there are opportunities to volunteer on race day in various roles. Additionally, donations and sponsorships play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact within the community. Entry fees cover an event t-shirt for all participants as well as a complimentary beer (for those 21 years old and over) at Colony Pizza, valid until October 31st. Families are welcome too; children aged three and under can participate without any registration fee. The Meals on Main Street race is more than just a run – it’s an event that brings the community together to support local food banks and initiatives aimed at reducing hunger in our area.
