Join us for the 2nd Annual Love & Time, Me AND Mom 5K Walk/Run at Liberty Station, where together we can champion women’s mental well-being in a vibrant, supportive community!

Bring your family and friends and be part of an uplifting day filled with purpose and connection. Every dollar raised directly supports free mental health services for women facing complicated pregnancies. We can’t wait to walk, run, and celebrate with you!

We’re thrilled to welcome children and furry friends! (Please help us keep the park clean by picking up after your pets.) Every participant will receive an exclusive event T-shirt and a finisher’s medal to celebrate their achievement—plus, special medals await our top three finishers!

- Check-in, bib, and T-shirt pickup begins at 7:00 AM—arrive early to soak up the excitement!

- Experience our scenic two-lap course around Liberty Station Park, beginning and ending at the lively NTC Park.

- Enjoy convenient open parking for all participants.

- Get energized by live DJ music throughout the event!

- Kids can dive into face painting, a bouncy house, and creative arts and crafts—fun for all ages!

- Refresh with complimentary water and snacks waiting for you at the finish line.
