Participants can choose to run or walk 3–5 miles at a comfortable, recovery-focused pace—making it perfect for all fitness levels and training stages. Whether you're gearing up for a race, building mileage, or just looking to move your body, this run is designed to support smart, intentional training.

After your miles, head inside to take advantage of Restore’s cutting-edge recovery services including free cryotherapy. These treatments are designed to reduce inflammation, promote circulation, and help your body bounce back stronger.
