This premier running festival unites thousands of international athletes across eight categories, featuring a fast and flat half marathon (21.1km), a 15km race, a challenging 10km, and family-friendly 5km and kids' mile events, all staged against the stunning backdrop of turquoise lagoons and white sand beaches. More than just a race, it's a full destination experience with a dedicated Running Expo from 11-13 August for kit collection, showcasing the warm hospitality and energetic spirit of the Maldives. Organised in official partnership with the Ministry of Sports and the Athletics Association of Maldives, it offers a unique opportunity to achieve a personal best while immersing yourself in the beauty of the Indian Ocean. About Hulhumale

Hulhumalé is a reclaimed island located in the south of North Malé Atoll, Maldives. The artificial island is being built up by pumping sand from the sea floor, in order to meet the existing and future housing, industrial and commercial development demands of the Malé region and as a response to the threat posed by rising sea levels. The official settlement was inaugurated by President Maumoon Abdul Gayoom on May 12, 2004.
