About the event
We are back at it to encourage you to choose some movement in the annual MOVEmber! As the temperatures cool down in preparation for the holiday season, we need to insure we keep moving! Choosing movement helps increase that blood flow to keep us warm, but in all honesty, its about the endorphins! So how about you give me at least a mile a day or 30 minutes of movement? Maybe even some yoga or Pilates! Do what you love, record it, and let's have some more fun before 2026 becomes a distant memory! We all have a choice, so let's choose some movement and MAKE IT COUNT this November!
