LT Games Community Shakeout Run

Join the LT Games weekend festivities with an exclusive community run on Thursday, October 1, at Life Time Frisco starting at 5:00 PM. This complimentary shakeout run is led by Hybrid XT Brand Creator Juan Herrera-Perla and NOBULL Athletes Alec Smith & Riley Hedstrom.
The event welcomes both members and non-members of the fitness center to enjoy an easy-paced jog designed to warm up your body, connect with fellow LT Games participants, and introduce you to the vibrant Hybrid XT community. After the run, stay for a while longer to network with other athletes, get ready for race weekend, and enter into a draw for sponsor gifts from various LT Games partners.
Whether you're competing in LT Games or just looking to join an active community, this event is open to everyone interested in getting involved.
