Lift for Kindness is a team-based weightlifting fundraiser built around lifting each other up.
Participants will complete weightlifting challenges as individuals and teams.
Donations may be pledged per pound lifted, per participant, per team, or across multiple pledges.
All proceeds supports kindness, mental health awareness, and youth-focused anti-bullying programs.
