About the Event

The Bike & Run event in Pamiers offers both adults and children the chance to support Vaincre la mucoviscidose, an organization dedicated to fighting cystic fibrosis. This unique race combines cycling and running as participants form teams of two, sharing a single bicycle between them over the course of the race.
