Les Foulées de Sud Roussillon

Les Foulées de Sud Roussillon – 6th edition – takes place on Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Saint-Cyprien, Théza, Alénya, and Latour-Bas-Elne, Pyrénées-Orientales, Occitanie, France. This must-attend sporting event on the Côte Roussillonnaise coast features over 3,000 runners across 5 courses: a 21km semi-marathon, a 10km, a 5km, children's races, and a gourmet hike.

Course Details:

• 21km Semi-Marathon: Feature race. Starts at 8:00 AM Sunday from Grand Stade Les Capellans, Saint-Cyprien. Coastal route with sea views. Passes through lagoon, port, seafront, Alénya, Latour-Bas-Elne. Finish at Grand Stade Les Capellans. Age: Junior and above (born 2008 or earlier). Pacemakers available.
• 10km: Starts at 8:30 AM Sunday from Grand Stade Les Capellans, Saint-Cyprien. Rolling circuit good for personal bests. Mixed terrain: roads, dirt tracks, marked trails. Age: Cadet and above (born 2010 or earlier). Over 700 runners in 2025.
• 5km: Starts at 5:00 PM Saturday from Place du village, Théza. Family-friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Age: Minime and above (born 2012 or earlier). New for 2026: gourmet hike + meal option.
• Gourmet Hike: New in 2026. Walk with friends and family, taste local products. Relaxed pace. Great for non-runners.
• Children's Races: Fun, safe, short distances. Perfect for introducing young ones to running.

• Bib pickup: June 4-5 (12:00-14:00 & 16:00-20:00) at Gymnase Grand Stade, Saint-Cyprien
• Bib pickup June 6: 10:00-17:00 at Gymnase Grand Stade (Saint-Cyprien) or Théza village hall
• Bib pickup June 7: 06:30-07:30 at Gymnase Grand Stade, Saint-Cyprien
