The 19th edition of Les Foulées de la Forêt takes place on Sunday, 31 May 2026 in Le Poinçonnet, France. This forest trail event takes place in the heart of the domanial forest, only 5 km from Châteauroux. Conceived by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, this race is more than a simple competition — it is a complete immersion in a green setting where sportsmanship meets conviviality. Whether you are an experienced trail runner seeking performance or a young runner discovering your first sensations, the courses are adapted to all levels. The start is given in the forest. Timing is provided by Courir36. A raffle is also organized.
