About the Event

The Foulées d'Argences returns for its 2nd edition on Sunday, April 12, 2026, organized by the Association Sportive Argences Running (ASAR). Held in the Calvados department (14), this road racing event offers a professional environment starting from the Gymnase des Marronniers. Beyond the competition, the event serves a noble cause, with 1€ from every bib donated to the Baclesse Foundation in the fight against cancer. Whether you are tackling the brand-new 20 km distance or the fast-paced 5 km sprint, you will enjoy a well-organized race with electronic timing and a community spirit.

Logistics and Athlete Information

Bib collection takes place at the Gymnase des Marronniers on race day, beginning at 11:00 AM and closing 30 minutes before each race start. A valid ID is required for all participants. The event utilizes the electronic timing system by Smil’events, ensuring accurate and fast results for all categories. To accommodate the influx of runners, dedicated parking is provided at the LECLERC Argences supermarket, as surrounding gym parking will be reserved for concurrent sporting events. Changing areas and lockers are available in the gymnasium for all athletes.

Registration and Rewards

Participation requires a valid FFA license or a completed Parcours Prévention Santé (PPS) for non-licensed runners. All participants will receive a commemorative souvenir gift, and rewards will be presented to the top three overall male and female finishers in each race category. Please note that winners must be present at the awards ceremony to receive their prizes. With its mix of competitive distances and charitable commitment, the Foulées d'Argences is a highlight of the April running calendar in Normandy.
