On Sunday, August 30, 2026, gather at the town hall square of Cuts for an event that blends nature, personal challenge, and camaraderie. Whether you're a budding young champion or a seasoned trail runner, there's something for everyone here. The forest Plonge is your playground with circuits largely set within its verdant embrace, including exclusive access to private paths opened just for this day. For the youngest participants, the Trail des Jeunes offers two options: 1.06 km for Poussins and 2 km for Benjamins, both fully enveloped in forest trails. The Défi Trail presents two challenges designed for different levels of experience. The shorter option covers 4.5 kilometers with a climb of 92 meters, perfect for those looking to ease back into trail running. For more ambitious runners, the longer route stretches over 10 kilometers through dense forests and hills, offering 195 meters in elevation gain. In addition to these races, there are also walks covering both distances where participants can enjoy the scenery at their own pace. Each participant will receive a souvenir marking their achievement. The top performers in each category will be awarded prizes, while runners of the Défi Trail events stand a chance to win additional gifts through a raffle. Registration is exclusively online via Adeorun's website; no on-site sign-ups are available. Fees range from €3 for young participants and walkers up to €10 for trail challenges (with an early bird discount until August 23). Race numbers can be picked up starting at 9:00 AM the morning of the event, directly in front of the town hall.
