Join the 31st edition of Les Foulees Bleues, taking place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Saint Martin Boulogne. Organized by Saint Martin Athlétisme as part of the eighth stage of the Challenge du Pays Boulonnais, this event offers a variety of distances and activities for runners and walkers alike. The main race is a 10km run that will take participants through scenic routes around Saint-Martin Boulogne. The course features rolling terrain with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Participants can also choose from shorter races: a 5km option, ideal for those looking to ease into longer distances or enjoy a more relaxed pace; and a 2.4km race designed specifically for young runners. For those interested in Nordic walking, there are two options available – a full 10km route as well as a half-distance version at 5km. Both courses provide opportunities to explore the area while engaging in this low-impact activity that combines hiking and cross-country skiing techniques with specially-designed poles. Registration for all events is open until October 10, 2026, through ADEORUN. An additional €1 will be added per registration from September onwards, up to a maximum of €12 depending on the date you register. All proceeds support local initiatives and include an extra donation towards Octobre Rose. Race day starts early with events for children: the 400m Eveils non-timed run begins at 9:20 AM followed by the 1.2km Poussins non-timed race starting at 9:35 AM, both aimed at encouraging young participants to enjoy running in a fun and supportive environment. The main events kick off with the 5km race at 9:40 AM and the full 10km run beginning promptly at 10:00 AM. Both races are part of the Challenge du Pays Boulonnais, offering additional prestige for those participating in multiple stages throughout the year. Parents interested in enrolling their children should prepare all necessary documents ahead of time by downloading them from the event website and bringing them to registration on race day at Salle André Condette between 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM or directly at the stadium starting from 8 AM. Race organizers recommend completing any required medical forms in advance. This annual gathering brings together runners of all ages, offering a festive atmosphere with plenty of encouragement for both seasoned athletes and newcomers to the sport.
