Les 20 km du Ruban Bleu

Experience the breathtaking landscapes of Fréhel and Plévenon at Les 20 km du ruban bleu, part of the Ruban Bleu 2026 series. Join us on October 25, 2026, for a trail running event that combines natural beauty with a meaningful cause—supporting the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.
Two courses await you:
- A self-sufficient nature-trail race covering 10 kilometers.
- A semi-self-sufficient trail run stretching over 20 kilometers. This course features a time barrier at kilometer 13.5 after one hour and forty minutes of running, allowing participants to explore the area more leisurely.
Immerse yourself in Fréhel's picturesque setting—winding trails, wooded paths, coastal views, and the iconic GR34 path will enchant you as you run along its beaches. The event is perfect for both seasoned runners and newcomers who wish to enjoy a serene environment while making a difference.
Trail running shoes are mandatory; there’s no on-site registration allowed. The race starts from Fréhel's football field, situated at the Rue des Sports, between the municipal camping area near the pond bridge and the tennis courts (Plévérel plage).
Race start times:
- 09:00 for the 20 km semi-self-sufficient course with a single water station and solid food and liquid aid at the finish line. A time barrier is in place after one hour and forty minutes.
- 09:30 for the self-sufficient 10 km race, offering limited water and solid food supplies only near the end.
All participants must bring:
- Reusable cups
- At least a 500 ml water bottle
- Fully charged mobile phones
- Survival blankets
Race numbers will be handed out upon presentation of identification.
