LA RUN'ATURE

The Run'Ature, now in its seventh year, offers runners the unique opportunity to explore lesser-known valleys of Marcusson and Musson around Cherveux/St Christophe. Participants can choose between two distances: 10 kilometers or a more challenging 21 kilometers. Both routes wind through pristine natural landscapes featuring dense forests, meandering single-track paths, open fields, and picturesque streams.
The course is designed to take runners off the beaten path with approximately 90% of the route traversing untouched trails and private lands that are accessible only on race day. The terrain varies from gentle slopes in forested areas to more rugged sections through farmland, providing a diverse challenge for all levels of runner.
Race organizers have set up at Cherveux/St Christophe’s picturesque lake where participants can start their journey and cross the finish line back on its sandy shores. Post-race amenities include showers available at the nearby campsite by the lake and food stalls offering refreshments to quench your thirst or satisfy hunger after the race.
For those opting for the 21-kilometer distance, the early morning departure time is set at 9:00 AM, while runners tackling the shorter route will begin their run a half-hour later. This event promises an immersive and unforgettable experience in nature’s embrace.
Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate footwear as well as clothing suitable for varying weather conditions since the race takes place entirely outdoors amidst changing terrain types.
