About the Event

Twilight Loop is an unaccompanied, leisurely hike that takes place partially at night through specially marked trails within the Gros Cerveau massif. The pace is entirely up to each participant and there's no competitive spirit involved. After the walk, a friendly meal awaits all participants, including those who did not take part in the hike.
Registration begins at 4:00 PM at Jardin d’hiver located on Ancien Chemin de Toulon, 83110 Sanary-sur-Mer. Three distinct routes are available:
- Red Route: A challenging 14-kilometer trail with a total elevation gain of approximately 500 meters.
- Blue Route: An intermediate path covering 11 kilometers and featuring around 380 meters in altitude change.
- Green Route: The shortest option at 8.5 kilometers, offering a climb of about 250 meters.
Departure times for the routes are as follows:
- Red Route: Start time is 6:00 PM
- Blue Route: Begins promptly at 6:15 PM
- Green Route: Participants set off at 6:30 PM
The organizers reserve the right to modify any part of these courses if necessary. Note that vehicular access to the event site will be restricted from 5:15 PM onwards.
In line with a commitment to sustainability, Twilight Loop encourages participants to bring their own reusable water bottles or flasks for hydration purposes during the hike and meal. Single-use plastic bottles are not provided at any point throughout the event.
This unique evening adventure offers stunning views of the massif under moonlight while fostering community spirit through shared meals and camaraderie among hikers.
Participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt upon arrival, as well as an opportunity to enter a raffle draw during their stay.
