La Llupianenque

On January 31, 2027, the scenic trails of Llupia and neighboring communes welcome runners for the eleventh edition of this beloved race. The day kicks off with two trail runs: an adult course covering 13.2 kilometers through LLUPIA, TERRATS, and STE COLOMBE DE LA COMMANDERIE, featuring a challenging elevation gain of 236 meters. For younger participants, there's also a junior-friendly route at 10.9 kilometers with 142 meters of ascent.
Both courses wind along picturesque routes through the Aspres region, offering runners stunning views and varied terrain that includes both roads and trails. The event caters to all levels, ensuring an enjoyable experience for seasoned athletes as well as families participating in a relaxed 10.9-kilometer walk alongside parts of the main trail.
Registrations open online at le-sportif.com from January 4th, with bib pickup available at INTERSPORT in Perpignan on January 30th and race morning at Salle des Fêtes L. Amade in LLUPIA starting at 7:30 AM. Race day promises a vibrant atmosphere as competitors and spectators alike come together to celebrate the sport and community spirit.
The entry fees for both races are kept affordable, with discounts applied online thanks to local sponsorship support from the organizing club.
