La Corrida De L'Espoir

The Team De L'espoir is excited to announce the 12th edition of La Corrida de l'Espoir, set for Saturday, November 14, 2026. This annual running event takes place in the heart of Loudéac and welcomes runners of all ages and abilities with a variety of race options.
Registration opens around September 10, 2026, with applications available until the total number of spots—limited to 1200 participants across three races—is filled. The challenge includes both individual achievements as well as team competition for local businesses under the Challenge Bretagne Centre banner.
The event features a range of distances and activities designed to cater to every level from young beginners to seasoned runners:
- La Corrida Des Petits: A fun run series aimed at children, with categories including Baby (150m), Eveil Athlétique (800m), Poussins (2400m), and Benjamins/minimes (1600m).

- Corri'Men and Corri-Dames 5kms: A shorter race for both men and women, covering a single lap around the town center.
- La Corrida de l'Espoir - 10km: The main event is an exhilarating 10-kilometer course that loops through Loudéac's historic streets. Participants will experience three laps of scenic urban terrain, providing ample opportunity to showcase their endurance and speed while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.
In addition to individual achievements, teams from local businesses can compete in the Challenge Entreprise category. The top four runners from each company contribute to an overall team score based on cumulative time, with prizes awarded for the best-performing teams across different race categories.
To ensure safety and promote healthy participation, all competitors must present a valid Parcours Prévention Santé (PPS) certificate issued within three months of November 15, 2026. No exceptions are made for other medical certificates or youth health questionnaires.
Registration is mandatory for minors to include parental consent forms available on the event's website documents section. On race day, participants with incomplete validation will not be permitted to run without presenting a valid PPS certificate during dossard collection.
