As for the format, you’re about to sign up for a Fitness Race -style event, a new format that blends strength stations and endurance sports 🔥. Each event designs its own stations and centers its endurance portion around the sport of its choice. Here, you can choose running or swimming 🏊 . In the first case, it’s the " Kyma Run ", where you string together 8 stations and 8 loops on a course facing the sea 🌊.
