Kippen Trail Race 2026

Kippen Trail Race 2026 invites runners to experience an exhilarating journey through picturesque trails around Kippen on Sunday, November 1st, starting at 11:00am. The race covers approximately five miles of scenic terrain, offering a mix of gentle climbs and peaceful countryside paths.
Participants will gather at the football pavilion located near the sports field for registration from 9:30 am onwards, where they can also pick up their numbers, use limited changing facilities, access toilets, and store bags. Parking is available on nearby streets in Kippen to accommodate all attendees comfortably; there's no need to park within the sports field area.
The race route primarily follows trails that wind through the serene countryside surrounding Kippen, with a brief stretch along a quiet road where runners must remain vigilant for passing traffic. The course begins at the football pavilion and proceeds uphill before transitioning into an enjoyable run across open fields and woodland paths.
Awards include trophies for both male and female winners, as well as several spot prizes that will be announced after the race concludes. To cap off this eventful day, runners are treated to a complimentary cake and coffee upon crossing the finish line—a sweet reward for their efforts!
Race officials request all participants to respect fellow competitors, volunteers, and local residents throughout the event. Dogs are not permitted on the course out of consideration for everyone's safety and enjoyment.
Registration is available exclusively online in advance; there will be no refunds or deferrals offered once entries have been submitted. The entry fee has increased slightly compared to previous years but includes access to all race amenities, including post-race refreshments.
